About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive global sales and partnerships for AI Service solutions, including AI Automation, AI Chatbot Development, and AI Agent Development. The candidate will focus on acquiring new projects, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our footprint in SMEs, Enterprises, Startups, and Digital-first companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads from multiple sources such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer platforms, events, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline to secure projects for AI-based services.
  • Engage and pitch to decision-makers such as CTOs, CEOs, Product Managers, and Innovation Heads on the value of AI-driven business solutions.
  • Write tailored proposals, business documents, and RFP responses for international clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in AI automation, conversational AI, and intelligent agent solutions.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns, webinars, and digital lead generation initiatives to attract prospects.
  • Negotiate pricing, agreements, and project terms while ensuring profitability and alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to scope projects, build solutions, and manage knowledge transfer.
  • Provide end-to-end account management to ensure successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Track leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM tools and report regularly on KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience in IT Services, SaaS, or AI Solutions sales.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, B2B platforms, and international project acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing campaigns, outreach automation, and LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Familiarity with sales proposal drafting, pitch decks, and client documentation.
  • Strong business negotiation, convincing, and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technology concepts like AI, automation tools, NLP, chatbots, and intelligent agents.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, sales reporting, and project bidding platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with KPI-driven mindset to achieve projects and sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work across global time zones.
  • Must have a personal laptop and high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in selling AI, IT, SaaS, or Automation services to global clients.
  • Previous sales experience on platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Toptal, Fiverr, Clutch, AngelList, or B2B marketplaces.
  • Background in consulting or solution selling in technology or digital transformation markets.

  • This role is Work from Home, with flexibility across international markets.
  • Candidates with relevant IT/AI sales experience will receive base salary plus high-performance incentives & commissions.
  • Freshers with a strong sales mindset and willingness to work on commission basis with project targets may also apply.
  • Training on company services, AI solutions, and pitching strategies will be provided.
